Mark Chapman (BBC 5 Live) interviews Johnny McKinstry, and then asks Rene Meulensteen for his views on McKinstry's 'fascinating', 'intriguing' and 'remarkable' career to date. 

Following the interview, Rene Meulensteen (ex-Fulham Manager and former Head Coach at Manchester United) goes on to share with Mark Chapman the considerable similarities between his own early career and Coach McKinstry's success to date.
